Alright, So. This is turning into a massively-massive massive-sized headache for me.

PC vs. PC conflict is infinitely impossible to schedule for especially when EFU is such a world wide playerbase.

Not everyone is gonna be able to show up as they wish, and there's bound to be some hard feelings over the conflict.

That said-

Having spoken to many people on both sides and the DMs I am solidifying the time at 12 PM PST, this saturday January 23rd.  

This means:

12 pm Pacific time

8 pm GMT

2 PM CST

3 PM EST

If you can make it, awesome. If you can't, there's numerous IC reasons why a character wouldn't be around.

In the past PCs who have missed events like this have gathered other "Survivors" and made groups of outlaw/rebels/guerillas to fight back against the power that won.

Don't think of it as a "Damn I missed a sweet event", but as a "We lost the battle, not the war".

Hope its acceptable for everyone involved, though I know some may not make it.

I think, if it has not been already done, to have some sort of OOC convention of no FDing and no Looting Subuded guys, at least during the battle. It would lead to oportunism, etc. I do not want to FD anyone, and don't wanna lose my character either, mainly in an event that he (and all Umbaktus) are not centers of. Of crouse, whoever must be executed or taken as prisioners, or pay fines (with their own loot), that all must be decided after battle is over. Yeah, it sounds pretty obvious, but should be arranged before the event anyways.

I have to say public forums are possibly the worst place you could arrange times for this sort of thing. It serves to attract even more attention to the events which in the cases of pvp bouts can be a bad thing.

This should be treated like any other player versus player conflict, if the winner chooses to kill you, you get dead, end of story, if they choose to full loot you, you get full looted. I can't stress enough how deciding such things ooc'ly before hand would negatively impact the meaningfulness of the conflict.

Sometimes characters get involved in things, however minor, which result in their character dying. It has happened to a number of pc's, groups and factions.

Yeah, naga. this wasn't the first place I hoped to deal with this but there were too many PCs invovled to have a large number of conversations with other PCs

That said-

DMs will be on hand and bags will likely be locked of the dead. You're free to do what ever you like IC so long as you can deal with the consequence is my opinion. Dms may have others.
