Party bug

There seems to be a huge bug with the party system. When I tried to invite some buddies to a party so we could take a quest, I got an error message. It said "[EFUSYSTEM] Party Mode is desactivated"[COLOR="Red"]*[/COLOR] Is there anybody who can help me?
