Inn-room doors

I still run into occupied rooms, and from time to time I'm arranging spells myself, or writing in my journal, whatever, and someone barges in...
 
I rarely hold a meeting in an inn room, however there's nothing wrong with expecting to be able to have at least something equivalent to a "do not disturb" sign in this manner.
 
Not sure if it's easy or hard to do, but it would certainly be a small improvement.

I recall once walking in to a room and witnessing a Loviatan thrashing someone with her whip.

I use the /c knock command myself; it works for the dominion inn, any how.

Can't you rent private rooms for a higher fee at all the Inn's with lockable doors? and storage even?
