Harpies Quest (Open Door Policy)

When saying that you want to be brought to the island to the sailor who gives the quest, far as I can tell every PC on the map gets ported. This included characters who have taken the quest since last reset, and characters who should be too high level to go as well.

It doesn't get put into their log, however, and they don't get the quest XPs. But you wind up right there with the party who has taken the quest.
