Animate Dead

When I use the spell animate dead, by items, it sometimes animates a shambling corpse that has the zombie warrior template with improved stats and two attacks per round instead of the default shambling corpse.  It is random it seems, also when it does come it uses 56 summon points and not the 30 the default animation seems to use.
