Fog and night time

I don't know if it is just me, but I've noticed that in alot of areas including the Ziggurat and wilderness areas during night, the fog seems too bright and grey, not matching the darker colors of the night and so do the areas themselves, appearing to look more like just a cloudy day than actual night time. Does anyone else think this is true?

The best fog for nighttime is the very deep blue, that I think, uh, the Hunting Grounds use.

Is this still an issue? Bearing in mind you guys may all still have your lighting cranked up after playing in the UD for all this time.
