"It is said that Lathander is the beginning of all things. This is true, he is the dawn upon every moment of creation, the hope and the innocence of youth. The firm grasp of purity and goodness unblemished by Cynism or dimmed by reality. A new dawn, and its rays stretch far across a Horizon."

"Today is a New Dawn my brethren. In the Dawn Cataclysm Lathander tried to vanquish all evil, but the hearts of Mortals failed him, so tainted with want and greed they were, they ignored his call to arms and failed to give him prayer of success."

I am looking for an active, open, blatant source of rebellion within the colony that fights against tyranny and evil in any and all its forms.

A chaotic good faction, chaotic neutral will do as well. Neutral good perhaps.

Any goodly deity but expect Lathander to be in charge.
