Paladin Summon Mount [For the last time, NO]

Can this be adjusted to perhaps become a paladin familiar similar to that of death domain avatar? The Avatar depending on the deity in question of the paladin.

I think it would be neat and interesting to have this option.

Maybe changing it from summoning a horse to summoing a celestial of some sort? Like at lvls 5 and 6 you summon an lantern archon, at lvls 7-9 you summon an Aasimar of some sort, and at lvls 10 and 11 you summon a hound archon.

Paladins do not need familiars. Nor does it make any sense.

This has been discussed before to the same effect. Recently too, I might add.

Given all the stuff Paladins get, Paladins don't need summoned companions.

Now if you had a Paladin concept that a companion makes sense for, apply for it!
