Tomahawks

This is a good secondary weapon for a fighter, barbarian.. anything. It feels nice to have a strong ranged presence ocacionally. However i've only seen them spawn at one quest wich caps at level 5.

Could this be added as a drop for other higher level quests? Orcs & gnolls would be good imo.

Just use a handaxe and pretend it is a tomahawk.

There is no need for more tomahawks without mauls.

The point is apparently that there aren't enough throwing axe drops.

Well, tbh, ammo drops are always pretty crappy. Why do you want an exception?

Yeah VonVonnen has it. And no, i am pretty sure they are +2 bludgeoing damage with no penalties. I don't really want 50 of them to drop per quest, that would be undesirable, but since they only drop on one quest where the cap is level 5, levels 6+ have nearly no acces to them (because they are a consumable rare enough not to be sold, due to being cumbresome few players will take them unless they intend to use them)

Having these, or other similar throwing axes dropped in other quests would be nice, just like +1 darts tend to be dropped every now and then. (Id say a bit more though)

Orcan Big Throwing axes.. 1d4 Bludgeoing 1d10 crits. How can you ask for better axes and last time I checked they came in a nice pack of 15 or 10.

There are also +1 (that's an Enhancement Bonus, so it breaks DR) Throwing axes as a fairly common drop on a popular quest. It's just few people use them as they're so heavy.
