First of all, the premise of this suggestion is kind of bullish... they're really no shortage of axes in the server, and you don't need some enchantment to pwn upon people when you have eighteen strength. What is the problem with having a weapon few poeple will use? It just makes those few people all the cooler for being able to. I'm really not seeing a problem with the current situation.
