Seems I have been given the go ahead to create a list of spells that cannot be made into potions:

A list of prohibited spells is fine. It's a no for a comprehensive listing of potions and their prices. That's up to the player to discover and afterwards decide what he or she would like to sell them for. Use the Brewer's Elixer if you'd like to know the potion price beforehand.

This is a great idea. I took Charm Domain and Craft Wand on Danny with the aim of crafting Aura of Glory wands to buff up his CHA on demand but it turns out they aren't craftable. If I'd known beforehand, I'd likely have taken Travel domain instead.

Other Barred Potions:
Truestrike (L1)
Balagarn's Iron Horn (L2)
Darkness (L2) (Potions of the Night are special EFU brews and are made using another method)

Ones that can be made but don't work since the no party update:
Remove Fear (L1)
Remove Paralysis (L2)

Don't forget Wands!
You can't make Wands of:
Divine Favor (L1)
Aura of Glory (L1)
True Strike (L1)
You CAN make Wands of Shield (L1) though.

Spells that I don't know about:
Wounding Whispers. (L3, works in Campaign)
Aura of Glory Potions (L2)
Bless Weapon Wands (L1)
Deafening Clang Wands (L1)

I'd like to know if Aura of Glory can be brewed/scribed into a scroll. I know Bless Weapon cant be a potion, but I wonder if it can be scribed.

Oh, and Remove Fear still works as a potion, you just have to be standing very close to the Feared person when you drink it.

Any special cleric domain only spells from the overrides I believe can't be made into wands/potions.

Have you tested that? The last time I used a Remove Fear device at range, it didn't work.

I cant attest to items at range, but the potions do work when VERY close to your target.
