Kingsman Area Issue (You get stuck)

In the side room (the right one from the entrance), there is a doorway leading to stairs that lead up.  In the doorway there is some rubble.  It is easy to accidentally get "bumped" behind the rubble and then stuck in the round staircase room.

My suggestion to fix this is to remove the rubble from the doorway and instead place rubble directly on the staircase preventing people from traveling up.
