When you complete this Delivery, you're awarded 50gp alongside the XP. Then given the chance to Bluff for an extra 50gp, however, if you fail he still gives you an extra 50gp.

When you complete the quest without trying to bluff you are also given 50g extra. Are you sure there isn't something more for succeeding at the bluff?

I'm not, but the conversation suggests that the reward only covers the cost of the order. Maybe I'm wrong!
