Chamber of marching feet: no entry.

I clicked on the placeable 'quest giver', got the item. I was going solo so i tried to enter, but couldn't get through (no message). So i tried to use the item on myslef just in case, but still nothing happened. I clicked again on the placeable, and there i got the message a party was doing it. I send a tell to a party member to check, and he said they had ended the quest already.

Dunno if it's a bug or me doing something stupid.

I can confirm something is screwy with the Chamberpot in the Marching Head quest. Level 3, solo character, tried to take the quest. A message came up saying Maximum party size is 4, and I got a quest invite tool. But, I could not enter. I could keep taking the quest and getting more tools, but I still could not enter. Oh well.
