Not in favor of this. NWN already ups the hps by giving out only the upper half of the HD per class. I'd prefer all classes have average hp per lvl, including the first 3.

I'm totally for max HP rolls, so unfair people that have less CON and no toughness get more HP than one that has higher con and spent a feat to have more HP. IT actually does not even make sense to me. Either average after level 4 or max would be more fair, IMO. Anyway ... About that 'little trick' ...
