What would it take to get the Stargazers to recognize you are one of them and have their conversations reflect that?

It's odd for Farakoo to look Kisii in the eye and go, "We are watching you, stranger"

Probably the same amount of work for Stygians not to tell other Stygians to piss off, or Armsmen not to blatently ignore PC armsmen.
