This one seems to have randomly returned for my PC. Lost -2 Dexterity and gained +2 Charisma.

As an interesting addition Doisur now has "Favoured Enemy Aberrations" feat. I am presuming given this and the stat change that his shield dwarf skin has become corrupted with a Gold dwarf one?
 
Anywho, do we know if this can be fixed and if yes, when that may happen?

You seem to have at some point made two Doisur Schor's in the same account which often causes problems.  No gaurante that your problems now are because of this, but it's likely (it also might possibly be due to the fact that this is an old character from before the subrace system change).  Someone should be able to alter your ability points.  I don't know how much control we have over feats.  Snoteye might.
