Unclaimed Banner does not update?

In the

Island - Ruin - Outer Wall Forest

When clicking the "Outer Wall Forest - Farmland" Placeable and choosing to protect, the "Unclaimed" Placard does not update.

You need to reload the area.

[Relinquish]

Did this, still did not change the name. Also the lumbermill sign did change without me having to reload the area.
