Mutated/Abberant animals

I've seen some of the changes in the module like this, but is it possible that we could add in "enthralled" or mutated spawns into the module further, such as they have the same name but a spot score, or more ideally maybe, a differing description card? I'd say these spawns should have some resistance by way of additional character levels and decreased stats or base attack values, to animal empathy, or in the way of "thrall" spawns, an immunity to mind control effects, ranging to such things as bioware true seeing.
 
This could be taken like certain vaunted hook horror spawns to make the danger presented by spawns harder to gauge by the click of a mouse, or tap of the tab button.

Not sure if it's worth the additional overhead, but with many spawns already in the wilds that throw a middle finger to those that don't respect the danger it poses ( I see you, midges , and hulk stalkers ) this seems like it might provide an interesting bit of uncertainty and danger to the server's npc population.

I think maybe he's suggesting that there be enthralled goblins, kobolds, and other monsters in the same vein as there are substance affected monsters.
