Second part of the Bloodtail quest seems a bit intense

I've run this a few times with several (mostly suboptimal) groups and I've only been able to complete the quest once.  The rate at which stuff spawns seems to be a little high for groups with more than the quest minimum and pathing presents a number of obvious issues.
