Bulk potions in lower

I don't know if it's intentional, but Anne doesn't have a dialogue option for bulk potion buying. If it isn't intentional and this is an oversight, it'd be cool to see her have them in bulk!

EDIT: Brew potion empty potion bottles, I mean.
