Rogue Dirty Fighter Perk doesn't work

Yeah. I tried it in a couple of PCs already. It simply doesn't add the feat that it's supposed to add. No matter how many times you rest, reset perk, relog, walk transition and even a reset did not do it.

From what I know something like this should be being added to your characters "Skin" - changing your player tools resets the skin by producing a new one - while the previous changes should really have done it anyway, have you tried this out of interest?

Just tried that as well, along with all the other procedures. Nothing.
