Duelist Perk

On my current PC, Vick Geigers, the level 8 addition for duelist (uncanny dodge 1 feat) is not being applied after resetting the perk, changing transistions, or relogging.

Applied feats won't appear on your char sheet, but they function. Really, the only way to know if it's there is by 'testing'. Also, when in doubt, wait for reset
