Spyglasses

When using spyglasses in various Watcher look outs, it'll often kick you out of cutscene mode at random intervals.  Sometimes it'll last for 5 minutes, other times it'll cut you out the moment you start using them.  I'm going to guess these things use something similar to scrying, because I've noticed people being able to discern that they were being watched.
