Starting Area Suggestions

- Allow items in the starting shop to be resold at equal price. It has happened that I've lost my precious starter gold due to the unfortunate, misclicked purchase of an expensive item.

- Install a dye barrel/uniform holder. It's pretty tedious to get a cohesive color scheme from the start when you have to dig through the pile of dyes to find the right match, not to mention the huge gold sink that it is.

- Allow bards to select summoning themes. Howland has said that this was a bug/oversight.

- Allow skin/hair/tattoo color changes in the starting area akin to the /c setheadset command. Sometimes hues look plain different in the character creation screen.

- Allow custom-made medium armor. Maybe with -1 AC? It strikes me as pretty harmless to allow personalized, standard armor from the get-go.
