Disguise Perk Upgrade

The Disguise Perk for L8 rogues is really a very nicely thought out system, and kudos to the designers for making it work so well as it currently does.

There are however some flaws that do not occur when you equip an item with a scripted polymorph function on it. These items are already scripted so it wouldn't take much extra effort hopefully.

It would fix a couple of things, chiefly the ability to use items (sanctuary rings, climbing tools, equipment in general) and player tools (which are rather important to rogues due to cut purse, examine mark and climbing properties)

What I'd like to suggest is that a rogue receives an item called "Disguise Kit" (which could really be any item) upon attaining the appropriate amount of rogue levels, instead of the current Disguise Tool.
