Sun Elf: subrace not registering stat change

I've asked around but haven't been able to catch a free DM. Requesting a stat change for my character as I haven't received the -2 dex +2 int even though my subrace is approved upon login/level.

I think it works if lowercase sun elf as opposed to Sun Elf

It definitely works with uppercase, but the exact moment adjustments apply has been finicky in the past.  If the ability score adjustment isn't done in the creation area, or at least before level 3, there may be difficulties.

Ability adjustment is done always when you first login. Simply look at combat log and follow instructions it tells you. If it loads hide / subrace information, let it load, and if it tells you to eventually relog, then relog.

Did you maybe accidentally go through the portal before relogging? I had that problem with a wood elf. Was excited to play and completely forgot about the racial adjustments. After you go through the portal IG then it won't change your stats automatically when you relog and you'll have to get a DM to do it.
