Spell Suggestion-Slumber

sleep magic! It's really cool and noticing how we have a Dream Eater perk now, perhaps a new higher level spell could be implimented that is basically a sleep spell but can effect higher level pc's than just 5th and lower, maybe can even be a single target spell. Not sure what level it would be, however as a suggestion i think it would make a good 3rd level spell. Maybe up to 7th are effected? Thoughts?

considering lots of pc's can also get ghostly visage or protection from evil to be immune to the first level one, and elves are totally immune. A higher DC than normal sleep spell might be nice as well

This was highlighted when the Dream Eater perk was announced.
