Subrace Skin Visual Effect

Is it possible to remove the visual 'buff' effect whenever a subrace skin is being applied?

I do not see much use in it. There are situations where people think that someone is buffing you from invisibility.

Sometimes when I enter an area, or when there is a server save, the visual effect of Fox's Cunning being applied appears over my head.

It happens to all were-creatures or polymorphed people. On the hour, or server saves, likely more events, swirls of spell effects that look like bulls strength / fox's cunning / whatever go nuts for a second

It happens whenever the natural AC bonus is applied to me.

It also appears to occur server-wide, because I have seen it happen on two subrace characters before.

That would be roughly twice an hour. If this is EFUSRE related, I'm not responsible. And that only makes it harder to figure out what's causing it.

It happened right now, 20 hour IG time. I will check the time when it happens again.

The green-polymorph effect happens when the server saves.

The strange-buff effect appears to happen on log-in.
