On Sneaky (Studded) Leathers

This is self-serving but, currently, randomly-generated or otherwise, the server has plenty of studded leathers that give +2 hide/move_silently for skill bonuses. However, I have seen no plain leather (5 lb in weight) or garment (1 lb in weight) that comes with the skill bonus. If stealth is the focus of the piece, wouldn't plain sneaky leather (5 lb.) be more common than their studded counterparts, say. Would the DM team consider supplementing the loot tables with them? Thank you.

Just a note, from a OOC side! There are quiet a few lesser armors, such as but not limited to the Beastmaster set and some Nature items that do indeed give +Ms/hide. They are out there, but yes, I wouldn't mind seeing a few more city-side counter parts
