Update IC Events Thread

I am opening this thread for you to suggest the update of IC Events like plaques, signs and placeables that have not followed the changes.

For instance, in the House of Governance, in the Room of the Blacks, there is one "Kingsley Ilyna for Director" plaque that probably should not be there.

There is a lot of outdated NPC dialogue that could probably do with updating: Red and Black supporters acting like the elections are still on, talking about my character as though she were still a Prefect, talking about Narvis as though he was still a Director, et cetera.

The public board posts in the Square could also do with updating- most of them are from months and months ago.

"Unionist propaganda" placeables in Starag's Rest and by the Workmill should probably be taken down- it has been almost a year since the Revolution ended and the Workmill is staffed largely by animatrons now...

There were some mini-priests in lower, near the Tyche's Fountain, near the new market. Were they moved from there on purpose?

Based on what the elven NPCs in Lower say about Liruwen, and considering how long it's been, I think that "Words from the Elven Matriarch" should be replaced with something else or just begone entirely. Feels a bit outdated.
