Drug addiction

Drug addiction rolls seem to go haywire when you log in. Sometimes they will stack up to three times immediately as you log on, or roll your addiction consecutively as you are logged in.

Still needs looking at. Also the fix roll reapplies everytime you log in, so if you crash over and over it keeps re-rolling as you log back in.
