"Robes" option for Black smith / Leather worker.

Hey! minor suggestion, but I was creating some Custom armor earlier, and neither the leather worker nor blacksmith had the "robes" option, which allowed for you to add a eh.. "tabard" ? Not sure how that's spelled, but its pretty much just for asthetics. And yes, there are leather armors out there with this already added, but I cannot create this via the merchants in the house of trade.

We usually prefer to restrict the best looking tabards for DM loot or specific items in order to manage their prestige.
