Change the Transition between Sanctuary and the Refinery

If you use WASD to move, you are likely going to be hoping between transitions before you get it in you to click the ground in front of it so you don't accidentally transition back to Sanctuary. If the transition can be fixed, WASD users shall be happy.

It's really minor.
