Ladder Update

Ladders feel like an underutilized climbing implement, largely because they are heavy and don't offer *much* more than ropes.

Something that might make them appeal to those in heavy armor or those who choose not to invest in climbing might be to make it so you can retrieve the ladder from the top AND bottom.

Another small tweak that might make them easier to use: Something similar to how Herbalism Tables work. You use the ladder and you have to use the ladder in your inventory on the ladder itself when deployed to retrieve it again (useful for keeping it where you want in your inventory and for hotkeying the ladder for quick use).
