Blast of Flame malfunctions

Hey guys,

   I took blast of flame as my one and only 4th circle spell with my sorceress PC Saranna Listaat.  It doesn't seem to work most of the time.  I'll aim it at something and see them fail reflex saves vs. fire, but then nothing happens.   However, it seems to work consistently in the Umberhulk quest for whatever reason.  Here is a screenshot of the combat log in which two goblins both fail their reflex saves, but don't take damage:

I was reminded by Rose that Blast of Flame does not, in fact, work consistently in the Umberhulk quest;  At the end of a recent run I used it on a set of Umber eggs -  nothing happened.

Looks like Cap's had the same issue with another AoE EFU custom spell, Ice Burst -> [thread]90101[/thread]

These are noted, and will hopefully get fixed when there is time to sort it out, but there is no ETA.

Was having the same issue with Lighting Sphere last night, my only 4th tier spell.  Have not tried since reset tho.
