Right now I was going with thousandyearsofpain to Old Port from the Stygian Armada. We had gone all the way and he disembarked but it bugged and he only disembarked. I was stuck alone in the boat with no other NPCs. Can a DM help me with this problem. Still stuck as we speak!

Yes. And it was not just bad luck. Because it happend twice.

Did you move when he choose the disembark option? It's a common issue with boating that you are sometimes not ported, especially if you move at the time, despite ClearAllActions().

We were unsure, I was not moving but I still stayed there kinda
