Secondary EFUSS Skills

It would be interesting if the Secondary EFUSS Skills were relevant for the most scripted rolls we are needed to go through with Intimidation, Bluff and Persuade, at least.

I have had some characters in the past that had no actual traditional skills, but that had put good part of their investment in the Secondary EFUSS Skills to discover that they didn't add anything to the actual scripted rolls (tested in the island of the Fishfolk).

They do add a bonus, kicking in at 5 ranks (+1) and 10 ranks (+2), as far as I'm aware.
