Bugged quest in the machine

Tried to do the quest inside the Machine with the Dunwarren Machine Tender and animatrons, where you have a lot of waste barrels and svirfneblin panels, and couldn't take the quest. Upon examining the quest-giving marker, it said that the minimum level was 20. Not quite sure if it's a bug or if there's a reason for it being like that, but it genuinely seemed weird. Apologies if it's not a bug.  

If required I will post the exact name of the quest later once I have access to my PC.

When the level restrictions are 20-20 it just means the quest has been closed off by the DMs. In this case it's because the old quest was removed and a new version made, and I haven't had a chance to test it yet. It will be available soon =)
