Bard Perk: Snake Charmer

With the addition of the Maiden of Woe perk this just seems to good not to have.

When the song is active snakes appear ala the spirits for the Maiden of Woe and the default summons of the character are snakes.

Could be very powerful for a bard perk however.

[Knight Of Pentacles]

Mudmam bard perk makes more sense.  I like to think all the snakes are dead.
