Let Rose Officers be able to mark people as Krak banned or 86ed. Disabling them able to be added to quests buy drinks from the Reeve/rent Krak rooms. There have been cases of PCS just adding banned people to quests. Or if this is a thing let Rose PCS check if someone who has been 86ed took a board job.

Disabling the ability to add someone to a quest because theyre banned from the Krak is a horrible idea. People banning others from the Krak so that they can weaponize questing is already bad enough as it is, though it's gotten a little better as of late.

The Krak is a tavern. Banning people from it should be rare in extreme cases of disruption to the establishment. It's not something to 'do' because someone said something mean about you or some petty stuff, it's bad for business to just default to ban from Krak in some minor conflict.

Because it (should be) rare, there's no need to make a bunch of weird systems to restrict these things. PCs who are banned from the Krak should already get a DM to enter anyway.

There are multiple boards in the world, it doesn't actually matter where you take them so not really something Rose PCs should be able to enforce.
