Hardcore Prelude

I liked how in chapter 4 there was a hardcore prelude that gave you a feel of the surface post dread empire invasion. I feel like new PCS who were never around last chapter would benefit from a sort of unique start that gives them a semi feel of last chapter and then a way to tough it out and survive the wastes.
