Dear Alexandria,

I have not forgotten the way in which we initially met, but I am also not one to dwell upon the past.

A mutual friend believes that we should meet and discuss the future of Ephia's Well.

I agree, in truth. I would also advise you to meet with others of my order and discuss what you are willing and able to do for them in exchange for the Tower's votes.

I will explain my desires in greater detail in person, but they essentially come down to two fundamental requirements:

1) Unseat the Dog Nadiri so hard that dreams of the Legate Seat never again occupy his thoughts.
2) Rule for the League of White, first and foremost, and not the Cinquefoil Rose.

Obviously, I am no child. I understand the need to court the Rose in advance of the election, yet I have been largely aghast at how many Legates shackle themselves to those wretches and let all their dreams die on the vine, save those that can be vetted and approved by the denizens of the Krak.

Worse still, are those Legates who possess no dreams of their own and content themselves with being a soulless minion of the orthodoxy, a hollow suit of armor that bleeds red and black.

So prepare to speak on your dreams, because Dog Nadiri aside, that is what I consider most important.

Apothar Estellise Azimi

P.S. I still very much desire that you destroy him, however.

Apothar Estellise Azimi,

It is only a pleasure to hear from you again after so long. While I am grateful that you understand the importance of the Rose in these matters, I do find it troubling that you doubt my passion for the league itself. You may recall that the primary was secured from a tie in signatures by the former Balladeer and now Lyrist Aubrey speaking up against me and securing the victory for what turned out to be some wyrm cultist.

However, and like you, I am also not prone to dwell on the past and do ever look forward for our people. This lapdog of yet another winged wyrm will have a collar and leash placed upon him in due time, rest assured of that.

Most importantly, I look forward to sharing my dreams with you and your tower. I look forward to how the countless talents of the refugees aligned with a citadel that is not ever seeking war might prosper and become more enlightened. I look forward to how the brilliance of the Apothars can align with the productivity of a supported workforce might guide us into something greater.

If it is my dreams you seek, Apothar, then it is my dreams that I will share with you when we have a chance to meet.
