QuoteDCS Bashir Khatara,

I hope you are in good health and wellness. I have an unfortunate problem, and one you might be able to help me solve to your own benefit and to the benefit of Ephia's Well.

I am working to open a public hospital, to help get our wounded off the streets and off the Krak floors as is the current problem. To provide medical attention for all the people of the Well. I currently run a clinic and refugee shelter in the Tablet, outside our walls. This public hospital would extend my work to benefit those within the Walls as well.

I was able to acquire a property - the only property available in the Well, aside from the very inappropriate property behind the Glaziers. It is in Palm Heights, but this has caused some issues.

Firstly, the location is far from ideal. It is in a corner of the Well, far from those in greatest need, and in an expensive neighborhood.

Secondly, I have hoped to secure some funding from a charitable source, Acolyte Narwen. She is, understandably, concerned about the location as well and wishes it to be changed. The public hospital is in dire need of funding, so addressing her concerns is important to me.

Thirdly, she informs me that local residents are not happy with my presence there. Whether it is because I am a Dome priestess or they dislike the idea of public healthcare, I am not sure.

You have ever been a vocal advocate of helping people. Would you have any interest in upgrading to a more prestigious location, complete with its own kitchen?

I would be very open to negotiating an arrangement, if you have any interest. Your location is closer to those who need it most, in particular Hasheema's Hope.

Please let me know if the idea interests you at all, if you have any questions. This project can do much to help the people of the Well.

Palatial Physician Foscari,

I have grown greatly accustomed to living – and laboring – from my current abode. So have my flatmates! Moving away would be a soul-wrenching affair, to leave a beloved home full of so many memories... We also have a lot of furniture, so the muscles of any mover would be strained, as well! That would probably be me, because you can never find movers when you need them...

That being said, I am willing to consider such an exchange of properties, should all the proper precautions and provisions be taken care of! I do not wish to lose my home to some strange hijinks, nor do I wish that on the property that you are currently in possession of!

I also want a guarantee that Cogsworth's strange inventions did not leave any permanent stench to the property! My own home carries the aroma of a spring breeze! Well, a spring breeze somewhere nice, the wind around here tends to carry a most foul stench, no matter the season!

Please meet with me regarding the negotiations and possible preparations!

QuoteDeputy Chief Scribe Bashir Khatara,

I write on a mostly different matter. I am planning to work with signore Manta Wholt and a few friends on a charity dinner, to raise funds for - well, charity. Ideally this would go towards refugee work, healthcare, refugee shelters, etc.

I know in the past you have spoken of helping those in need. I wanted to reach out to determine if you had any interest in involvement. Whether by planning, determining where raised funds ought to go, or anything that suits your fancy.

Signore Manta's cooking is exceptional, as is his creativity and enthusiasm.

I believe that good works that benefit the needy in society ought to be ones we do not wait for permission to carry out. I would love to work with you on such an endeavor.

Please let me know if you have any interest.
