I propose that if a player loses a property due to failure to pay or visit, that they do not have to fully repurchase the home.

If no one acquires the home before they come back for it, I suggest that the owner simply have to pay a modest fine plus owed rent/taxes.

I don't necessarily have strong opinions about whether they pay full price or not, but I believe that there should be a 24hr grace penalty after losing to failure to pay that they can reacquire the home perhaps?

It is sometimes easy in the stress of day to day life to forget your priorities to a video game, after all.
