Ka'esh Market Announcements

Would it be possible to have the Ka'esh market begin to give ambient messages like Fera Luca/etc or the old ticker square merchant announcements.

I know it was likely nerfed for reasons but I feel I've made 7+ trips out there across multiple resets and only ever found 2 merchants.
