For the upcoming operation and the War Effort the Tower of Q'tolip has need of a list of potential field engineers for both potential project but also artillery purposes.

If you could please compile a list of the Licensed Engineers and see it sent my way? I shall gladly see a fine sum of charity your way for the parchment, ink, but most importantly your time spent on such.
