I am writing to you because I would wish to enlist and hire your aid in the coming days to help cater for the grand opening of the Gallery of Ephia's Well. I was hoping if you would be able to help cater the event and serve drinks. I shall pay you for your time, of course. Please let me know if you'd be interested in such.

So far I am projecting the event to happen on the 28th of Tammuz.
