Jordan mentioned you might need be for this trip to Alkab. Let me know if that is the case? I'm soon to organize some small storytelling event, so the sooner I know the better I can schedule things. I'd be remiss not to mention that Zol Nur expressed interest in accompanying such a trip - if you'd like to flatter the Tower by including one of their most promising students. He is a man of great diplomatic tact, yet also great honesty.

The bearing of gifts being of some importance, I was thinking I could compose some poem or song celebrating their land and so on and so forth. Perhaps bring also some ancient relic as a show of the bond between the Well and their fertile lands? I have a thing or two I could dig up from my reliquaries... All of these can go with you, of course, regardless of whether I go or not. Just let me know, and I can set to work.
