I, as Vizier of the sublime Ephia's Well, our fine city beloved and adored, jewel of the Ash Desert, blanketed by the Shade, request you to make the following known loud and clear among your own:

The diplomatic congregation of Tlonsiyya shall soon arrive to Ephia's Well. Their coming shall certainly shock many of our denizens, but I ask that you all cooperate to ensure their visit shall be a pleasant one, unmarred by the now-distant disaster of al-Sayaadin's erstwhile Dwarf.

I ask that you inform your staff to let them through either the Gate of Roses, the Gate of Sands, and/or the Gate of Coin with no difficulty and no disrespect. I also ask that you maintain cordiality with the visitors and our denizens, making sure that the rude and boorish insolence of that exile, Ironbanner, does not stain our relations with the people of the great Hisar Tlonsiyya.

There may be the presence of a minotaur, an employee of their diplomat-and-businessman Raonn, a deep-dwarf of Lower Kulkund. There may also be a floating automaton, a guardian and protector of their chief-engineer, Shep. The ignorant masses may react to these things poorly— I ask that you help quell any would-be bubbles of trouble.
